Coordinate airline accomplishment of advanced troubleshooting procedures required isolate equipment problems not easily detected and resolved through normal diagnostics and maintenance documentation. Provide assistance to customers with the interpretation of technical documents. Monitor and record status field service on-site activity required to resolve customer issues. Provide specialized on-the-job training to customers. Support the activities of the Boeing Commercial Sales Director and his team. Participate in normal business activities associated with administrative functions of the Field Service Office. Champion local and Company safety processes and procedures.
