AtlasGlobal Deputy Director of Distribution & Reservation Development Job Description: Leading reservation system projects such as Revenue Integrity, BIDT, myIdTravel, RM system integration, OAG and EMD) with related teams, Leading development team for the improvement of airline reservation and ticketing processes ( B2B and B2C direct channels), Managing airline reservation management department which supports call-centre, airport stations, travel agencies, GDS help desk department Develop road maps for reservation and ticketing systems to ensure the retirement of old technologies, while evaluating new enabling technologies to support the evolving business Implementing airline projects with all GDS partners ( Global Distribution Systems), Conducting cost analysis of each project, Being responsible all development and implementation process of reservation systems (KK PSS and Direct Sales Channels), Preparing presentations and training programs about reservation systems for related teams, Coordination development and implementation of codeshare and interline agreements on reservation and ticketing system, Testing all code-share and interline implementation in PSS and ticketing processes, IATCI and POS departure DCS messages and operation processes after the implementation in production systems Training revenue accounting, sales teams and potential customers about GDS direct ticketing solutions. Working closely with international relations, revenue accounting and fare audit departments in projects such as, interline and codeshare agreements, fare audit, BIDT   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related area required, Master’s degree in Business or related area preferred, At least 10 years of experience in aviation field, and minimum 5 years of experience in team management, Strong knowledge of GDS and PSS is a must (Sabre, Amadeus and etc.) Understanding of booking/ticketing process is a must, Competent in team development, leadership and coaching, Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment and flexibility, Proficiency in English (written and spoken), Organizational and time management skills, Analytical thinking, result-oriented, Creative problem solving skills and ability to communicate effectively the needs and solutions Self-motivated with ability to drive and coordinate projects with development teams and related departments of the company A deep knowledge and passion for aviation sector, Able to travel locally & internationally, Başvuru
